1. What we have about you
We need your email to find your records. We will send a one-time link to that email to make sure it's actually you.
2. What you can do once you verify your email
- Download everything we have as a single JSON file — take it with you
- Delete everything — one click, and it's gone within 24 hours (we keep only what law requires, and only where law requires it)
- Stop follow-up emails — unsubscribe from outcome check-ins without deleting anything

3. What we keep, what we never keep
We keep: your email (for follow-up), insurer name, denial type, state, and whether your appeal won or lost (so the tool learns). Appeal letter drafts are generated on the fly and not stored server-side in plaintext.
We never keep: your denial letter file. Your medical records. Your full diagnosis. Your claim number unless you put it in the generated letter yourself. The appeal-generation pipeline strips this before anything leaves your browser (privacy policy).
