Your data, your control
See what we have. Take it with you. Delete it. One page, no runaround.
Our promise, verbatim: We track outcomes ONLY to improve. We never sell your data. We never share your personal health info. That sucks. We're built to help — that's all.
1. What we have about you
Enter the email you used with AppealArmor. This submits a request to our privacy team; it does not provide automatic access to sensitive records.
2. What happens after you submit
- We review the request and contact you to verify identity before releasing or deleting sensitive information
- You may request an export of records we can associate with you
- You may request deletion; verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required
- You may stop follow-up emails without requesting deletion
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Prefer email? Contact support@appealarmor.com; a human will review your request within 24 hours.
3. What we keep, and for how long
We keep: your email (for follow-up), insurer name, denial type, state, and whether your appeal won or lost (so the tool learns). Uploaded denial documents and generated appeal documents are encrypted at rest and retained for up to 31 days for quality review and support, unless you request earlier deletion.
How AI processing works: your uploaded denial is sent securely to Google for document extraction. Before the separate appeal-drafting request, known direct identifiers are replaced with placeholders and restored in your finished letter. See our privacy policy for the complete retention and service-provider disclosures.
