What happens next
We will email you:
- 24 hours after we send your letter, to ask "Did you send your appeal?" The email has your files again and says where to send them.
- 7 days before your appeal deadline, only if your denial letter gives a deadline we can work out as a date. The email says "Your appeal deadline is in 7 days" and quotes the deadline.
- 15 days after we send your letter, to ask "How did your appeal go?" It has one link where you tell us Won, Denied, or Still waiting.
