- Any specific result or outcome will occur
Why? Appeal outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including:

- Technical Issues: Full refund if we are unable to generate your letter due to our technical issues
Why no refunds after generation? Once we've provided the ghostwriting service and delivered your documents, the work has been completed. The outcome of your appeal with your insurance company does not affect the service we provided.
