Walks the full pipeline with a fictional case. Your data never enters.
In about 2 minutes you’ll have:
- A 2–3 page appeal letter ready to print, email, or mail
- Specific legal citations (ERISA, ACA, state insurance code) and CMS coverage references
- The right CC list — state insurance commissioner + plan oversight bodies
- Your filing deadline, calculated from the denial date
How your data stays private (verifiable in your browser)
Here is what actually happens when you use AppealArmor. You can inspect the network requests in Chrome DevTools or Safari’s Web Inspector:
- Secure document extraction. Your uploaded file or pasted text is sent over HTTPS to
/api/appeal/extractso the service can read the denial fields. - Direct identifiers are removed before appeal drafting. Before the separate
/api/appeal/generaterequest, the browser replaces known names, member and claim IDs, contact details, birth dates, and addresses throughout the request with placeholders. - Your browser restores the finished documents. The generation response contains placeholders; the browser swaps your identifying details back into the on-screen letter and packet.
- Be aware of the remaining data flow. Denial and medical context is processed by our server and AI providers, and service records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload information you do not want processed this way.
- Source code is open. The current implementation lives in public/js/personal-ai-team.js on GitHub.
We do not sell your appeal content. Review the Privacy Policy for collection, provider, retention, and deletion details.
