Can I try AppealArmor before paying?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 appeal per month with no credit card required.
Your free appeal includes the same legal citations, CMS coverage data, and
insurer intelligence as paid plans. Upgrade only when you need more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payment data is
encrypted and never touches our servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.
You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your current
billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What happens to my appeals if I downgrade?
All appeals you have already generated remain yours forever. You can download them
at any time. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you will be limited to 1 new appeal
per month, but existing appeals are unaffected.
Is my data secure?
Yes. AppealArmor is HIPAA-compliant. We use AES-256-GCM encryption for all
patient data, tamper-proof audit trails, and never store personal health
information in browser storage. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe
and never touches our infrastructure.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. Join the Pro plan today and we
will notify you when annual pricing becomes available, and you will be
automatically upgraded to the discounted rate.
What is included in the Practice plan?
The Practice plan is designed for medical offices, billing departments, and patient
advocates. It includes everything in Pro plus: batch appeal generation (process
multiple denials at once), an analytics dashboard showing win rates and trends,
CSV export for your records, and staff management so multiple team members can
use the same account.
